Went in for a flat repair, staff was professional and diagnosed my issue quickly. They pointed out a crack in my rim and recommended a couple of places to get a new one. Then they repaired the valve stem leak and advised that it may not hold for long due to the cracked rim. Awesome service and honest assessment of my issue. Would definitely go back!

Second time I’ve been here and had kind and professional service even with small cost items. First time I just needed tires checked for tread levels left. No charge and the tech was super fast and kind. Now I had a huge nail in a very large and expensive sport tire, in a tough spot. They handled it fast (only 40 min mid afternoon when they were full in all bays) and the price was totally reasonable at less than $30. Honest tire folks - not always easy to find. They also have used tires for those who need them. And while there I heard numerous interactions and they were always very straight forward and decent with every customer. A place you can trust not to screw you over. Also, don’t forget to tip your tech. They work hard in the heat to earn it, way more than someone making you a cup of coffee or just taking your order somewhere. Couldn’t believe how many people didn’t give the tech a tip 🤷‍♂️

Got all 4 replaced on my truck, and the tires I got looked GREAT...other than some cupping on the shoulder of one, but they are A/T tires, so that hurts nothing. However, they broke 3 of the center caps on my wheels. I didn't complain because they stayed about 10 minutes late so I could pick up my truck. And a new set of 4 is only $15 on eBay. I may raise my rating after I order a set and get them on

I had a wonderful experience at Tire Tracks Rogers Ar location. Service was great. And very fast. All the employees are very nice. Great customer service. Explains everything if they find anything wrong with your vehicle while changing your tires. Honest and straight forward. Prices are great also.

Short story version, they lost or destroyed my lug bolts and didn't say anything and replaced with anything laying around and aren't the right sizes. I would have been fine buying new ones if they were truthful but instead they put my safety in danger. Long story version, I ordered tires and was informed their other facility had it and would be delivered in a few days. Time comes when it should be in and waiting in the lobby for awhile until they realize they don't have the tires. Due to bad weather they haven't moved from their other location. Fine, I tell them to cancel services here I'll go to Fayetteville for the installation. Can you guess what happened next? So wasting more time and money driving back up to Rogers to finally get these tires. And today several months later my new tire guy is telling me I'm missing a bolt and 3 of the others are different sizes and another is in bad condition and should be replaced for safety. Going to give new shop five stars for ensuring I drive safe.
